The team was cute and efficiently switched between languages. The room featured a coffee machine and kettle. I loved it! Breakfast included fresh orange juice.. the buffet offered many choices. The central location was superb. the rooftop bar provided fine views. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was amazing. It allowed easy access to central attractions. Staff provided excellent service, from the reception to the breakfast team. The rooftop bar was open until midnight. The space was great. I really enjoyed the free Britta water filter stations throughout the hotel.

I found only paper cups for the coffee machine. The room lacked sugar and decaf coffee. this was a very minor inconvenience.

the hotel has a rooftop bar open until midnight (it's a great place to spend time). i switched to a room with a juliet balcony overlooking the square, and it was really lovely.

i think a more expensive room is needed to get 4-star treatment. i had a less expensive room and it was small and dark (with a view over the fire escape). the carpets in the corridors are a bit of a trip hazard.
